Can’t remember my weights for lifts but they were low. Especially the deadlifts. Finished the workout in 23 minutes, the running was worse than the burpees. I found boxes to jump on and a real pull up bar at the gym. I think I can do kipping chinups without further breaking my shoulder, this could be a game changer.
