Awesome, awesome workout this AM. Chilly on the bike but not numbing. Gorgeous on the run, perfect, felt good, strong. My transition was slow, had to put the bike in the car, change out of my bike kit and I had a gel. Intake for the bike was Hammer Perpeteum Flavorless and it was actually good. It made my tap water tastier and didn’t cause any stomach problems. Post brick eats: Hammer Recoverite and roasted almonds with cinnamon and honey. I’ve been eating ever since basically and its 930pm, oh well.
