Paleo Too
February 1 starts another 30 days of Paleolithic style eating for me. I need a jump start to training for races this Spring and I think another trial will lock Paleo eating in as a permanent thing for me. No more challenges after this one, it will be Paleo 98% of the time.

Total distance 4554, 2:11.7 average time per 500 meters, 18 stokes per minute average. Pulling 18-20 is quite slower than I’m used to. I ended up doing a 2 count at the end of each pull, I think a 3 count will be good for 16 stokes/min.
